On Saturday, November 26, 2011, Miami Dolphins tight end Anthony Fasano hosted a charity comedy event headlined by “30 Rock” actor Tracy Morgan. The event, which was held at The Fillmore Miami Beach, was a benefit for nonprofit organization Rebuilding Together: Veterans Housing. Rebuilding Together is a nonprofit organization working to preserve affordable home ownership and revitalize communities.
On Monday May 9th, Anthony Fasano hosted his 4th Annual Golf Classic benefiting REED Academy, a school serving children with autism located in Bergen County New Jersey. The event was yet again another huge success, which included 30 celebrity attendees. Some of the stars included, Miles Austin, Brian Leonard, Brady Quinn, Ricky Williams Shaun O’Hara, Josh Freeman, and Joe Faugno from TLC’s The Cake Boss.
Miami Dolphins Tight End Anthony Fasano teamed up with international hunger relief organization Feed The Children and Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. to provide 400 Newark-area families with boxes of food and personal care items on Friday, June 3, 2011. This food distribution was held the day before the 3rd Anthony Fasano Foundation Bocce Bash. This food drop has become an annual tradition as Anthony tries to take advantage of his time back in New Jersey.
